Poem 816

It is our mute
that live
the happiest
with our deaf.

The former
has nothing
to speak of..
that the latter
wouldn’t hear
if it were said.

Nothing
to give upon
The Other..
that The Other
doesn’t have
the senses
to receive.

Our mute
and deaf,
at once
together,
is however..
Muse of Death,
in flesh and deed.
