Poem 345

Frankenstein..
I have been.
But on The Flesh
of Frankenstein
you’ve yet to dine.

I stitched it back
together.. just for you!
So that you may
deliver shocks to it..
to get it beating
once again..
as good as new.

Push baby,
push upon my
rib cage hard..
jump start me,
mercilessly,
to the rhythm
of your heart.

Don’t be so gentle..
break me, if you must,
I’ll be alright.
I would much rather
lay completely still
and lifeless,
in these loving hands
that hold me tight..
than still remain alive
and dead inside.
