To be honest,
yes.. I’m sad.
I’m sad about
how all of it
turned out.

It could’ve, yes,
at one point,
maybe..
now it can’t.
Neither of us
will take the blame.
Now, I don’t think
that it can ever
be the same.

There is a moment
when a branching
in the timelines
opens up
a door..
And then
you either
go through it
or shut it closed.
And we both know
which one
you ultimately chose.

And yet,
both you and I,
are here..
still here.
