Nearly all people
know that Jesus
died for our salvation
on the cross.
But was it the only time
when Jesus Christ
relinquished His old life..
to serve a higher cause?
The first time that He died
was not in Golgotha
upon the crucifix,
by hands of Sadducees,
and Pharisees,
and Romans..
It was by loving hands
of John The Baptist,
who submerged Him
in the River Jordan.
It was, indeed,
the very first time also
that He was reborn.
And not by earthquakes
or by bolts of lightning
did He rise again.
He came to life
as all of us once did..
by taking His first breath.
Unlike a newborn phoenix,
Christ’s first resurrection
happened not by
wrath of fire..
By gentler,
more malleable means
The Son of The Divine
was re-inspired.
By infinite potentiality
bestowed upon Him
by The Father.
He came back to life
by ebbs and flows
of water.
Before His feet
could walk the walk,
however, on its surface..
He had to prove it
to Himself
that faith
within His heart
was strong enough..
to truly deserve it.
For, the vessel,
meant to hold
His shape,
was not yet
fully molded..
it wouldn’t ever be
on His behalf
by Father’s hands.
It fell upon
The Son alone
to make Himself..
Into The Son of Man.
